We are the only resort on the Laguna that has HobieCats so that you can sail the breezes and see all the sights from the boats. Our bungalows are rustic yet comfortable. We specialize in providing intimate, secluded escapes for individuals and couples, but can also accommodate larger groups. For those of you who cannot live without it, we even have wireless internet so you stay in contact with loved ones.

San Simian at Laguna de Apoyo has a new management, under the direction of Tania Kranz, from Granada/Nicaragua, and her husband, Johannes Kranz, a photographer from Austria. Their primary goal is to take care of the untouched natural beauty of the area by trying to leave the smallest footprint on the environment.
